Proof is in the Pudding

I only wish I had pudding to look forward to today!

But I did my mile jog. By the end, I was feeling more like I could walk without looking like my back was strapped to a board.

Then I did some deep stretches, and a few interval exercises like mountain climbers and side shuffles, then more stretching.

Hopefully this limbered me up enough to rock the Pilates workout this evening before girls night.


I can do this. I just need to quit quitting.
