So this was the last burn circuit 3 of the rotation. I'll be moving on to push circuit soon! Can't wait!
I pushed myself to improve over last week's performance & my shoulders keep reminding me.
This next cycle is one that I want to knock out of the park. I want to build muscle and slim down. I may end up adopting the James technique of multiple workouts per day. This means we'll have combined workout time of over 3 hours here. No socializing or even slow times, I guess.
